amount of your client’s investment. Send client investment
monies through by telegraphic transfer to the payment details
shown. Under registration details complete the client’s
personal data and bank account details.
– Enter your Broker details at the top of the page
for commission payments, and ensure that your client has read the
declaration regarding the information details; client to sign
at the bottom of the page.
Please
send the relevant documentation with client certified
identification details ie. a signed certified black &
white copy of your client’s passport and two individual
sources of address identification again duly certified ie.
Utility-Bill, Bank statement, etc. to PCP Sales Support for
processing.
N.B. P.O. Box

Confirmation of Investment
Once the application form and monies have
been receiv
ed and accepted, you will receive a contract note
for the underlying investment into Aurora-Accelerated Class Fund, and a
policy document duly certified.
