The PCP-DPM Service
Description,
Objective & Strategy...
The PCP-Discretionary Portfolio Management
Service has been designed
with the objective of providing a professional managed
portfolio service by experienced fund managers. The investment is available a 5
or 10-year period through a 'Balanced Portfolio
Strategy' with a Guarantee
which provides a risk-free investment with a guaranteed
minimum return of 150% at 10-yr maturity.
80% of the monies can be invested in
the PCP 'Balanced Portfolio Strategy' which utilizes
the expertise of such prestigious names as Forsyth Partners, Quadrant[IoM],
Swiss Life and ultimately, CitiGroup Quilter.
20% of the placement goes towards
providing the Capital Guarantee and guaranteed minimum
return. The guarantee covers the total initial investment
(less initial charges). Please note that PCP and their appointed fund managers
are not responsible for the guarantee.
A portfolio
management fee of 0.375% p/qtr applies for the Discretionary
Portfolio Management Service and a guarantee reserve of 2% per annum of the total
portfolio value over the 5/10-yr term is payable at
outset.
As opposed to the
standard 5%, the DPMS placement-fee is only 3%.
PCP have adopted a 'balanced portfolio strategy' for
DPMS so that the portfolio has full flexibility over the
guarantee term. Without professional management asset
allocation can become haphazard, market timing is often wrong,
and decisions may be made on old 'favourites'. Profesional
management offers access to real time data, fund managers who
are experts in their own fields with the ability and resources
to analyse financial markets daily with the objective to
optimize client's investments. The 'balanced portfolio
strategy' does not have an aggressive approach, and is
looking to return 10-15% per annum.
Investments over the size of £250,000 or
equivalent qualify for the Discretionary Portfolio Management
Service via CitiGroup Quilter[CGQ]. Smaller sized
Portfolios qualify for access to the Quadrant Range of Funds,
via Quadrant International Management[QIM], in the Isle of
Man.
